2013, Week 7

Review of last week's goals:
emoticon Workout in the AM 3x this week.
Tuesday, Thursday emoticon no third day. Oh well, better than week 6.
emoticon Cook a couple of dishes for lunch this week. 1x
emoticon Monday (Kale & Tomato and Peanut Noodles)
emoticon Pack my lunch and workout gear the night before. 3x
emoticon Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
emoticon 200 minutes of cardio over 5 days
30 Monday, 45 Tuesday, 15 Wednesday, 40 Thursday, 30 Saturday, 10 Sunday.... emoticon 30 minutes shy.
emoticon 2 strength training sessions
emoticon Thursday & Saturday/Sunday

It looks like I did eat within my calorie limits for the week. That was something given the tough week. On Thursday and Friday we had a funeral services for my grandma. It was not a surprise as she was sick a long time, but it did sting, nonetheless and everything else took a back seat....so I'm going to do a do over on my fitness goals for week 6...

This week my p.e. classes at the local community college begins and I'm not sure if I'll keep them, or go on my own. I have swimming on M/W evening, and bootcamp on Tu/Th am. I'm afraid this might make my schedule too much. Let's see how it goes.
