So I thought I would come on here really quick to post a blog. Later I will post a vlog but until then this will just have to do.
First let me say I have no energy or motivation to exercise right now but guess what I am going to. I am not going to let that monster creep up on me and listen. I know that if I don't I have done a dis services to my body who I think really wants to work out. I haven't updated my board and I think that I need to because I am no longer that weight and have lost some weight.
Talking about weight I only lost a little over 5 pounds in January. At least it was a lost and not a gain but I have to get thing into to check because I would like to lose 10 pounds a month at this point an on. I know it is not impossible but I just have to make it happen. I am part of a challenge and I know that I can do better. I can do better for myself. I am really tired of being in this fat suit that is my body. I know I deserve to be the size I want to be and I will get there one day at a time.
I am going to track all the food that I consumed today but that is hard because I picked around with some food today but I am sure I will try my best to start logging my foods. I have decided that I will do my 5 mile walking dvd M-F. I need to up this my body wants to and going to push through while I get my knees stronger for everything. These thunder thighs are going to go away. Please God! LOL.

I can do this I so go this! I need to lose this weight and never be able to find it again. Here goes nothing this week! I am off to work out! See you guys later in my vlog!
