Project Freshman 15 hit a bit of a snag this week. I don't know WHAT is going on, but boy did I just go wild. My official weight yesterday was 121.4 lbs - .2 less than the week before, but essentially no change.

Don't get me wrong - I'm glad I didn't exactly gain back the weight I lost. But I am frustrated that I had so many binge days. That binge-and-purge cycle is awful, and I don't want to get back into that.

This week didn't start out on a good note in terms of eating behavior, but I'm trying. I plan to give up desserts for Lent (and read 1 inspirational quote/Bible passage per day instead!), and my roommate is doing the same - hopefully we'll keep each other on track!

ALSO. As of yesterday, I am no longer categorized as single. This wonderfully nice boy officially asked me to be his girlfriend yesterday morning. It's cheesy and cute, but I'm quite excited! And he's helping me get some perspective on my self-image. Obviously, there are great aspects about me - it's just a great feeling to have someone say so. :)

So yes! Starting to ignite that motivation again. I want to be healthy...that is the end goal, here! :)
