I wonder how many other parents find themselves ballooning during a school holiday?
For me I guess it is down to snacking more often (as the kids do) and also I usually walk the round trip to school twice a day which I am going to have to compensate for this half term as I am determined to keep tipping the scales in a positive fashion!
I have been just awful the last couple of days (hence I haven't tracked all my food! Naughty girl!). I usually can do really well during the day and then absolutely have to have a healthy, protein-full meal on the hob by 5 or 6 or else I will destroy the entire day's work by literally demolishing half a block of cheese/jar of peanut butter/pesto etc.
I stupidly bought squirty cream for hot chocolate which of course is half empty already and I am the only one who's touched it... Oops. Learn from my fail folks, if you can't resist something despite it being incredibly bad for you - DO NOT INVITE IT INTO YOUR HOUSE! Hehe. One day I will learn. Right - I'm off to munch a carrot and hit the hay. Good night. xx
