UP down UP down - whoa!

Geesh. What the what? I know I am under stress right now, but c'mon! Why do I keep veering so far off course? The results are practically immediate too. I spend a day or two eating food that is (what normal healthy people eat everyday, i might add) higher carb like oat bread or greek yogurt with fruit and voila! (make a sound in your head like a magic wand) 4 pounds on your waist appears! Sometimes I feel like someone put a spell or curse on me :-(
In reality, it is many things combined - health wise. I know this, I have lived with it for a long 50 years. So why do I still have problems sometimes? I don't know. But I have been yo-yo-ing like crazy lately.
So as of Sunday, I am back on good old Atkins induction. I wish those lovely new Atkins frozen meals were here in our area. I will stick with it...I will stick with it.
I will stick with this until the scale moves. My stressful 2 weeks is almost done, I can see the light! There is still time to meet my goal before summer and shorts weather arrives.
Keep at it everyone! We can do it!
