Geesh. What the what? I know I am under stress right now, but c'mon! Why do I keep veering so far off course? The results are practically immediate too. I spend a day or two eating food that is (what normal healthy people eat everyday, i might add) higher carb like oat bread or greek yogurt with fruit and voila! (make a sound in your head like a magic wand) 4 pounds on your waist appears! Sometimes I feel like someone put a spell or curse on me :-(
In reality, it is many things combined - health wise. I know this, I have lived with it for a long 50 years. So why do I still have problems sometimes? I don't know. But I have been yo-yo-ing like crazy lately.
So as of Sunday, I am back on good old Atkins induction. I wish those lovely new Atkins frozen meals were here in our area. I will stick with it...I will stick with it.
I will stick with this until the scale moves. My stressful 2 weeks is almost done, I can see the light! There is still time to meet my goal before summer and shorts weather arrives.
Keep at it everyone! We can do it!

    I've come to the conclusion that "what normal healthy people eat everyday" is what's causing an obesity epidemic for most of us, so WE'RE actually the normal ones and they're the anomalies. Doesn't make it any easier, but at least it puts it in some perspective. :)
