UGH. Along with all the wonderful things that it brings. Seems to be more intense this month.
I didn't workout at all yesterday. I'm going to do a slow walk around the Mall tonight while my niece gets her new job paperwork in order. After feeling really bad yesterday, I made sure that anything I could snack on today was good for me. Sweet potato (plain) for lunch, peanuts, lots and lots of tea, apple, banana..... So, that was a good thing. (Maybe those choices are becoming habit now and I didn't realize it till now.) Just NOW finished my first 33 oz of water. Head hurts so much.....
