So, I've procrastinated since Friday on my "readjusting" my goals for BLC21. I'm just not sure. I would still like to keep my weight goal. I am a little behind when I compare my Wednesday weights, but on track if I used my Friday weights. So, why does the scale like Friday's the best?? I know I look forward to Fridays . . .start the weekend. maybe that's it. . .the weekend! I've done better these BLC weekends with the weekend challenges. I don't consider myself a very competitive person, but I do like to get the most points possible. This weekend, I missed out on the water and the snacks - not enough of either.
I guess part of my goals for the rest of BLC is to participate in all challenges. I especially like TNT Thursdays and the weekend challenges. I am doing a daily plank this month with one of my teammates. I am also going to work towards those 64 oz at least 6 days per week. Those are doable and help me towards my long term goals.
