Spring Break..

Monday, February 11, 2013

For the second year in a row I'm traveling with my girlfriends to Panama City Beach for spring break. I am extremely excited but right now all my head is wrapped around is feeling good about how I look on the beach in my bikini. I have just about a month and a half to tone it up and kick my bootie into shape like I've been doing. Now with this extra little stressor maybe the motivation will be higher? We'll see. I just don't want to not enjoy myself because I feel gross around all the perfect beach bodies. emoticon

I live close by so I go to Panama City/Destin fairly often. There are all types of bodies there and none are perfect. I'm nowhere near anyone's idea of perfect but I never let that stop me from enjoying myself

Sounds like fun. Envision yourself in a swimsuit, walking on the beach, sitting by the pool, fueling your body with fresh fruit and wonderful, healthy seafood. Fun can be had. Everybody has something they would prefer to change about their body ( even the "perfect" beach bodies). so work on shining from the inside out. If you exude confidence, people will be drawn to you and will respect your boundaries. The point is not how you look...but how you look at things! Have fun!

First, no such thing as a perfect beach body. There are lots of nice ones out there, but no perfect ones.

Second, all you need to be is the best YOU that you can be. Don't compare yourself to all of those other heavenly bodies on the beach. Confidence is much sexier to a real man than a small bikini any day.

Do whatever you can to be healthy and enjoy your vacation.
