I keep thinking of the saying "The more things change, the more they stay the same." How true it has been for me this past year. A year ago, I was busy looking for work, doing things around the house and considering doing some volunteer work. Fast forward to today, where I don't have to look for work anymore. My days are filled with doctor visits and volunteer work along with spending more time with my family. My daughter made the comment that it was a good thing that I didn't have to keep down a job - that I wouldn't be able to fit it in. I am happier with how things are going in my life. But I'm still as busy as ever, wondering how I'm going to fit everything that I need to do in a given day, let alone a week.

Thanks for your concerns about my arm/shoulder. I am concerned, but afraid to go to hospital. Last nite, I took an arthritis aspirin and it helped a lot. And if I lie flat on the bed, it stops, and in a hot tub of water, it doesn't hurt at all. I know it is stress... as you, I've been going through a lot of it over the past 3-4 years (well actually my whole life). I am still waiting on that job funding to come through, but they called me WEd. and said maybe today... still waiting.

I was on phone with my cell phone for almost as hour yesterday and they tell me I went Over on my daytime minutes and I know I couldn't have, but that didn't go anywhere.

I've basically cut out all exercise since I moved too. and after all I was doing in PEI, maybe my muscles have atrophied too.... I'm not a dr., maybe I need to see one though.... oh yeah, you already told me that....

Well, glad your circumstances have changed and you can relax more yourself. Enjoy your family and volunteering. I haven't got there yet....Gotta work harder on relaxing and finding other ways to deal with the stress.
