I am drinking my water, but not doing so well on the exercise part. My husband is 31 years older than me and his health is not well. Monday and Tuesday of last week, when I started working out I had to stop in the middle and do something for him, so I gave up on the rest of the week. However, I did watch what I ate and did NOT go over my calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. I am back in full swing this week. I hope I can stick with it. I upped my minutes a little because I was feeling comfortable with my exercise. I feel I need to push myself a little more.
