What a difference a month makes!

My last blog was full of woe, Drs, dentists, bad back etc... In the last 6 weeks I have probably only made it to the Y about 5 times and boy can I tell the difference! Yesterday while bending over in pants I normally wear comfortably I felt fat and uncomfortable. I climbed on the scales and they confirmed - 8 pounds heavier since Christmas - I can feel it - I look it and my attitude reflects it - It's time to really focus. Goal - is to loose the whole 8 pounds by my anniversary in March - there now I've said it - put it out there - I've just got to do it!!!!!

    If I were betting on anyone, it would be you! I just doubled-down after some depressing doctor's news. How I miss salt already.... but all for the good, eventually. I know you'll blast through 8 lbs by March!
