So Today is the second morning I have had a green smoothie for breakfast! They taste a lot better then I thought they would. Putting in Kale, Spinach, apple, pear, banana and a little protein powder. (Sometimes add in berries or pineapple) Yesterday I figured that I had at least double the fruits and vegetables then normal for me. I woke up energized and even had less sleep then I try to get...Feeling good about the smoothies!
