I could not believe when I stepped on the scale this morning that I had dropped 3 pounds this past week. I had been eating out. 3 of those days I was on the sofa sick and had not worked out. I tried to keep as close to my calories as I could though, and it paid off.
I am down to my goal weight. I put it at 135 because I had wanted to be realistic and choose something attainable. I had no clue that I'd attain it in 3 weeks just by dropping out soda and eating healthier. Now let's imagine what I can do when I throw exercise (my boot camp) into the mix.
