90 Day Workout... Day 1

Between the morning coffee and my first workout of a 90 day plan, (of the DVD variety) I have a LOT of energy today. I'm feeling good and I can definitely feel the muscles I worked earlier. Today was "Chest and Back" day. It killed. I'm not gonna lie. And I can't do a push-up .. but, the interesting thing about this workout, is that it reminded me of how strong I actually am, and how good it feels to work muscle groups that have long been given up upon. I know that one day soon, I WILL do a real push up...and maybe even a few of them in a row!
I have never REALLY been one for the videos,.. I'm more outdoorsy and unconventional..but the hubz bought these for me as part of my b-day present a few weeks back **Disclaimer... I ASKED for them, and for the dumbbells, and the stability ball. Had I not asked for them --this blog would probably be about the time I punched my husband in the throat.**

Anyway. The Videos.

It's a series of DVDs that use muscle confusion to help tone, tighten and burn calories. It seems doable. I'm committed to this program no matter how much I might hate it at times, I am going to follow through. In fact... I'm going to take my "Before" pic today. I've never done the whole before an after thing...but I think It'll be fun to look back and see what has changed. (hopefully for the better!)
