Ok so yesterday my daughter and I did our first "session" of the 'Total Body Sculpting' DVD ....we did the beginner set and it kicked our butts....my daughter kept yelling at the TV cuz she was hurting. I liked it and will continue to do it, but to those out there that have or are doing it...I was thinking I could do the beginner sets for a month then move up to the intermediate for a month then do the advanced...any thoughts?
I plan on doing this in conjunction with my daily cardio hoping this will kick start my weight lost. I have about 8 lbs left until I hit my first goal...it hasn't been easy to lost those last 10 lbs! I've been at this stage since Dec, so I wanted to add somthing to my workouts again to hopefully get over this hump!
