lesson learned

Yesterday i hate kinda bad.candies, fried foods.well today I feel tired,slugish,even depressed.sure I felt good while eating it but not so much now.I dint even sleep good last night.for the last 2 weeks iv been eating only organic foods.lots of veggies,fruit and was feeling good.ugh i will remember this next time lol.

    It does take a day of eating foods that do not agree with us to remember. Great lesson and invaluable!
