Blizzards aren't great for losing weight...

Monday, February 11, 2013

I posted what happened on my snow day the other day and I still have no work, but life is starting to get back to normal. After eating way too much all day yesterday, I'm getting back on track today. I even have a trip to the gym planned with my new boyfriend after he gets off of work. I don't think I did any irreparable damage over the past few days. A couple days of eating right and exercising and I'll be back where I want to be. I haven't tracked my food at all over the weekend, but I don't think I went totally overboard. At least I never got to that point where my stomach hurts from eating too much. Also I can't track without internet and where there is no power, there is also no internet. Luckily power has been restored and things are going to be getting back to normal.

Hope everyone else in this area got by all right in the blizzard.

Yeah, last time my area got a good blizzard (a few years ago) we deliberatly turned it into a several day party! (at the time I was not practicing good health in any form)
The upshot was all the calries burned playing in and shoveling snow later.

Have fun at the gym tonight! I am sure you will manage to burn off any excess n no time!

I always have food trouble when there is a snow storm. It is almost like being stuck inside the house begs me to eat everything in sight.
