Yep, 199 this morning. This time around it is different. This time I am keeping it off. Already planning my new wardrobe. Using creative visualization of my slim self to keep me motivated. I even bought a brand new digital scale. Measures weight, hydration, body fat, bone mass, muscle mass. Yes, it was expensive (another reason to keep up the weight loss) but so worth it. I'm on my way!
