Working on 2nd week and only one pound down so far. A tad frustrating but holding strong.
Tonight I'm off to the pool and hope to swim 30-40 laps. Although there temps are still low its a tad daunting to leave the gym with damp hair and see that its crystalized by the time I get to the car.
Trying to beef up the cardio side and augment it with other short videos just to keep it fresh.
Wednesday I see the orthopedic surgeon to setup and schedule for my 2nd hip replacement. Looking forward to getting that behind me.
