February is a slow month so far

Working on 2nd week and only one pound down so far. A tad frustrating but holding strong.

Tonight I'm off to the pool and hope to swim 30-40 laps. Although there temps are still low its a tad daunting to leave the gym with damp hair and see that its crystalized by the time I get to the car.

Trying to beef up the cardio side and augment it with other short videos just to keep it fresh.

Wednesday I see the orthopedic surgeon to setup and schedule for my 2nd hip replacement. Looking forward to getting that behind me.

    It amazes me that you do as much as you do with your hip, etc. Pretty soon, there will be no stopping you.
