Food Plate Plan!

Today the SparkCoach video was about how to arrange food on your plate for healthier eating. I really wanted to remember, so thought I would write it here!
She talked about how when you have a plate of food, divide it into 4 parts. 1 part should be protein, one part grains, and half should be fruit and veggies. She also reminded me about needing milk to round out the meal. That's one things that I don't do well. It's easy to say skip the milk and just drink water and save calories, but this journey is about a lifestyle change and I need to make sure that my nutrition is well rounded and balanced.
