I've never considered myself a salesperson. I guess I've never (there's that word again!) found anything important or significant enough to spread the word about. Well, I could go around to gyms or businesses and sell the Fitbit! The fact that it tracks my sleep is just fascinating to me, but the most motivating part is the tracking of calories burned. On days that I don't go to the gym, I burn about 600 calories less than when I go, but that isn't all from my workout, so it must factor in the increase in my metabolism for the rest of the day. I'm a member of Weight Watchers, so I track my food on their eTools tracker. I compared the Fitbit to their ActiveLink and just knew the sleep tracking was the dealbreaker. It tracks your sleep efficiency by how long it took to get to sleep, how many times you wake up and how long you slept in comparison to time spent in bed. It graphs the times you wake up and I'm sure it's fairly accurate because I pay attention to the time my dog needs to be let outside and those show as the most active times in the nights they happen.
Seriously, you should consider getting a FitBit. It could change your life!
