Its like 'Freak Out' only its 'Hike out!'
I took the weekend off and now its time to get back at it. Its so nice and sunny, I don't want to miss a sunny day.
Here is my tentative rotation (subject to change without further notice lols.)
Tuesday: Kathy Smith
Fat Burning Workout
Wednesday: Tai Chi DVD
Thursday: Belly Dance
Friday: Step DVD
Cathe original 4DS LIS Cardio only segment
My goal is to get my workout everyday before breakfast. I will be adding some miles with Leslie Sansone when I have the time. I plan to count my calories and to stay on South Beach this week.
I plan to spend the day doing data entry.
I will also take a break to do some reading.
My eyes are a bit sore and I'm a little stuffed up.
