Old New Year

Well the new year is not so new anymore and my resolution is already history. Running everyday seemed like a good idea until I realized it's winter! It didn't take long until I just got tired of being cold! I still would like to run over 500 miles this year and I know I can do it. Having more daylight hours and warmer weather will really help me.

    And do you forget how hard running is on your joints? A few days in and you will be really sore. 500 miles is still doable but you may have to do 4 or 5 days a week instead.
