After an extremely long week last week I decided to have a sorta "cheat" weekend. I didn't go way over board. Okay, we went to a casino buffet Saturday night. I did well, I know I went over my calories but I didn't go crazy. Also I had a Snickers yesterday and didn't think twice haha. Other than that no fast food and no other really unhealthy foods. I still did my workout on Saturday and got a great workout on my "off" day on Sunday.
I am going to do the Core Cardio and Balance again this week. Since last week was so insane I don't feel I really got the benefits of the workout. I still work another 6 days this week, but it works out perfect because next week I will start the "max" workouts and I will be on a mini vacation from work so I will have time to really focus on it and not be so exhausted.
So Insanity will be 70 days for me instead of the 63. So my end day will be March 17th now. My goal is to be 180lbs by that day (hoping for 175, but I have to be realistic). I know that I can do it! Keeping positive!
