Okay - so I weighed in for the Biggest Loser competition here at work. Let's just say that I have a lot of work to do here! So, I set a goal of 15 pounds to start off with.
Then I decided to change my tracker information to be a short term goal which may help to look at smaller goals than the bigger ones right now.
I have some serious work to do. But I am going to start off simple. Only drinking one cup of coffee a day and more water. That will be my goal for this week. I have a short week before the first actual weigh in on Friday and I want it to be good one. This week I am going to concentrate on the food and then start back in on the walking/exercise. I need to get my body to jump start. And then I am going to take off!!!
