Have decided need to really get into a good solid yoga practice. Yoga is the choice because it can be as vigorous or gentle as I need. Got a good book, and this morning began. Simple breathing and stretch moves. Do #1 a few times. Then do #2 a few times, then do 1&2 a few times. Do #3 a few times, then do 1,2, &3 a few times, etc. Got through about 10 poses, several times. and yes, i do feel better for it. Now, have to do the same tomorrow . . . .
