Been to the gym 3 times in the past week and feeling better today than the previous workouts. Running a half marathon on Sunday. It bothers me that I have to constantly worry about every food item I put in my mouth. I love food. Girl Scout cookies, sure I'll eat the whole box. The candy dish at work, what's one piece or six or seven. I really have a hard time with restraint when it comes to food. This is a mentality that has to change. I will never be healthy if I keep eating whatever I feel like instead of what I know is good for my body. So, Day 1 starts again today. I have over 100 lbs to release, and it's time to get going.
