Goals for the Week of Feb 11-17

Monday, February 11, 2013

Last Week:

1 - 20 minutes of cardio each night I hit the gym.
2 - 6 fruits/veggies each day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Celebrate a victory everyday. (NOT scale related)
5 - Read 1-2 books this week.
6 - Do something with all of my clothes.
7 - Stop obsessing over the scale.
8 - Cut my sodium intake.

How I Did:

1 - Nailed it.
2 - 4 out of 7 days. Came close the other 3 days.
3 - 6 out of 7 days. Need to work on what I eat now.
4 - Smaller scrub tops!
5 - Yup
6 - Didn't touch them this week.
7 - Did much better.
8 - Within my limit 3 out of 7 days. Meh.

This Week:

1 - Eat at least 6 fruits/veggies everyday.
2 - Eat a HEALTHY breakfast everyday.
3 - Celebrate a NSV this week.
4 - Stay within my sodium range.
5 - Read 1-2 books.
6 - Organize my clothes.
7 - Exercise at least 5 days this week.

I LOVE your lists! Perhaps after 59 more blogs I can borrow your idea if that's ok with you! Or maybe before! For right now I need to get settled into my shop!! emoticon

My goals are quite worthy & I pray as the pounds come off I will have the energy to add activity & the food tracker. I have my water nailed but need work in the other areas! I was 5' 1 1/2" all my life & 107. Suddenly things started changing about 20 years ago. But that is for another blog!
