Setting new goals

My work contract ended last Friday. I found that when I went into an office each day, I was eating more. I was especially eating more breads than I normally do. I ended up putting on pounds instead of loosing them these last 9 months.

I am taking this time to get on track, prepare healthy meals at home, exercise daily, and finish my grad school term.
