I lost five pounds last week! I know that this won't happen every week, but it was more than my goal, so I'm happy! Now my goal for this next week is to continue to only weigh in once a week, on Sunday. My other goal is to not watch tv during the week. I'm trying to find ways to cut expenses (eating healthy can be a little more costly) so I'm trying to see if I could get away without having cable. Also, would this help me to get my homework done and get more sleep and stay at the gym longer?
So, those are my goals for the upcoming week. Today I'm having some serious back pain, I think I need new pillows. I am moving a little slower today, but I will go to the gym and do my cardio. I keep thinking I should be adding strength training into my program, and I have done more ab/core muscle exercises, but I like pushing myself on the treadmill right now. And I'm trying to keep my back from revolting against my new, more active lifestyle.
My dream at the end of this process is that I won't need to take my prescription medicines, and I'll only be going to the doctor once or twice a year! That would be the best!!
