This week, I decided to take my fitness to the next level and am doing Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred videos and the Biggest Loser game on Xbox (Challenge level). Oh my, what a challenge it has been but in such a good, good way.
I am lovin' the changes taking place in my body but the changes in my thought process and mental attitude are the most impressive transformations to me. I have become very intentional about what I consume and what I do on a daily basis. It is amazing all the things I have accomplished that I said I could never do or just didn't have time for. Excuses, excuses, excuses.
I have also joined a step aerobics class at my church and am loving the new friends that I am meeting and positive energy of the group. At the end of this week, I will be completing the first cycle of the Virgin Diet. I am rewarding myself with 3 personal training sessions with a reputable Pilates instructor in my area. I said that I could never handle Pilates because I had a C-section and it hurt my abs too much. I'm done with those excuses, am looking forward to obtaining some good 1:1 training, and am looking forward to taking it to the next level!!!
