The scale dilemma

Monday, February 11, 2013

So I've had the same scale for years. Apparently it reads lighter than it should. I picked up a more accurate one from a cleaning client who wasn't using it and have had it sitting in my car ever since.

I hate to use the new one for my weigh ins because it will appear I am gaining weight even when I am losing.

However, I am up for big rewards when I get to Onederland, lol. So, I've been thinking about this quite a bit. At what point should I start using that new scale? My current thinking is to use it once I get to my goal (or at least close). For now I just want to track how I am progressing.

Not a huge problem, just something that has been on my mind, LOL.

Finding it hard dealing with scales.... happier going by how my clothes fit. Glad you are making progress.

I'm sure you will decide what way is best for you soon. If it were me, I would switch now. Why? Simply since I know the new scale reads higher I would feel I need to record that reading
