One of those splurge pounds gone!

So this morning it was nice to get on the scale and see one of the two pounds gone from the splurging over the week end. One more to be back to goal of 110 and then will work on getting a little under goal so I have room for another splurge down the road.

Nice day again here in Ajijic. Yesterday I really managed getting plenty of steps 14,600. I walked the dogs their normal walk which is about 7000 then I decided to just go down in the village and walk around for some more and before I knew it I was up above 14,000. It's so much easier getting those extra steps in when you are walking around looking at things. So many times I will walk around and around my casa which has two sets of stairs outside...which is okay but boring and seems too much like work and perhaps my "new habit" will be to go down in the village and walk around for my extra steps.

    I sometimes go to the mall and window shop to get my steps, you are right the same old thing is boring, need visual stimuli to make the time pass easier

    Sounds like a fun and great new habit!! Congrats on the pound gone. I was only down .4 pounds this morn, but at least it was a middle 2 now. Can't imagine going for a middle 0!! You are awesome, Sallie. Take care!!

I'm working on getting rid of an annoying pound, too! I didn't splurge, but I upped my calories over the past 2 weeks by 100-200 per day. And I gained 1 lb, I should have known better!
