This past week has been very interesting. Yes, MIRAGE727 did ensure every dinner contained some protein. One of my favorites was his homemade pizza piled high with all kinds of delicious veggies, pineapple, and turkey bacon, and only 60 calories a slice. And the cold leftovers the next day were just as delicious. Another favorite of mine is his tuna salad with grapes and walnuts. This yummy dish saw me through 1 dinner and 2 lunches at work - I never get tired of it. And I've learned that I really need that protein in my meal, particularly with dinner. Otherwise I'm a mad snacker all night long.
This week is Valentine's Day and I'm throwing it down. We have a fondue pot that is screaming to be used and now is the time. I don't care what type of meal it is (appetizer, main course, or dessert). It's time to do the fondue!
