I got 3 out of 7 workouts in for the week.
I did ok with my calories for the week.
I did ok with my water for the week.
I gained 1 pound.
Here's to a better week this week!

    maybe that 1 pound gain is just water weight....happens when u workout regularly...

    Well, you got 3 more workouts in than I did! I think you did a great job getting three done. A 1 pound gain is so small, especially with the workouts. You are establishing some healthy habits, so I think you're making some positive changes. Good for you!
