Still Trying part 2

Well I woke up today in a much better place than I was the past 2 weeks, sure I still have the same problems but I fell in a better place to be able to deal with them, no reason why, just woke up this way. As I said I am an emotional eater and a true peanut butteraholic so that is my comfort food but I am determined to get in shape by this Spring/Summer!!

    healthy comfort food: a quarter cup of old fashioned oats, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Delicious, healthy, low calorie!
