New goal/reward System

So, I know I have a goal by my wedding anniversary, and even though I got delayed a little being so sick, I still plan on trying my hardest to get close emoticon . So, I have to come up with goals and rewards for smaller achievements, I think. So, my first one! This week, my goal is to be in bed by 10 every night. I know that sleep is a major part of being healthy, and we usually are up well past midnight!!!! My reward for doing this will be getting my hair and nails done for our couples retreat on Saturday!! :O)

    Goodness! If I went to bed at 10, I'd be up at 3. The older I get, the less I sleep. What is up with that! Surely I don't need any more hours in the day to accomplish what needs to be done.
