Where oh where did my mojo go?

11 days in month 2 of 2013 and I am already getting back on track...last week was just a bad week. Period. I was moody and unable to pinpoint why. I felt I had good intentions, but half-a**ed everything! I walked daily and got my water in but my eating was off! A slice of pizza here, chocolate cookies there. Part of me knew I was being a very bad girl...but did it anyway. I once read a quote that I will recite daily...."Everything in moderation, including moderation!" Love it! So, no sulking or pouting. I did get on the scale to see how much damage I've done and I was up 3 pounds! Boooo! But its all good....all decisions 1 doughnut hole vs. 8 doughnut holes have consequences! Yes, its cold outside (I only ran 1 day last week). Yes, it was a bit rainy. However, this train must keep chugging! Focus and realize....
All my baby steps are adding up, 1 week down and 3 weeks to go! Knowledge is power and there's nothing to it but to suck it up and do it! So I've already started tracking for the day and will aim for my #s all week! Side Note: Thursday is my 5 year anniversary to my honey and we are going on couples weekend. I'm super geeked! I already know I must be conscious of the social drinking....big plus is one of my really good friends who organized the trip is along on the fitness journey with me, she's lost 40 lbs. And going....so running shoes are amongst the items packed. I got this....just gotta "tap in" not run and "tap out."
