ok, so this last week i took off from the gym, and believe it or not I still lost weight! I weighed myself this morning, after a whole week of not going to the gym, I still lost 1 lb. Its amazing! Im down to 182.2 lbs. I couldnt believe it when i looked down. I was like wow...is this real?? sure enough it was. I was thrilled! No wonder my jeans feel so much more lose then normal.
Im still heading back to the gym today to hit my workouts hard.Im feeling 100% better and feel wonderfule today. Im ready to go back, and lose more weight the next couple of weeks. at this weight maybe i will get below 180 lbs...which would be amazing. Spring will be here before you know it...and when it gets here i hope to be looking amazing and feeling amazing. :)
Ps i have been Pop free for 42 days!
