Finally Getting the Eating Under Control

December and January weren't good months for me as far as my journey to a healthier lifestyle. The holidays and multiple vacations got me off track as far as calories were concerned. This past week, however, I finally stayed within my calorie range for 5 of the 7 days, and my average for the week was within the range. The result - I lost 4 pounds! It's funny how that works (ha!). Now I just need to do this consistently - the Winter Challenge will help get those good habits back in place.

    Good for you! Nice to see healthy behavior being rewarded.
Without the tracker it's too easy to deceive ourselves as to calories consumed.
