December and January weren't good months for me as far as my journey to a healthier lifestyle. The holidays and multiple vacations got me off track as far as calories were concerned. This past week, however, I finally stayed within my calorie range for 5 of the 7 days, and my average for the week was within the range. The result - I lost 4 pounds! It's funny how that works (ha!). Now I just need to do this consistently - the Winter Challenge will help get those good habits back in place.
