While going out to get some kitty litter and vinegar from the van, I slid a tiny bit on my way to the van. I should have taken that as a clue to go inside and put some boots with treads on, instead of the treadless croc-wannabes that I was wearing. On my way back to the house, with the kitty litter and vinegar, my foot fell from under me, and I caught myself, with my already not-so-good knee. I can still put a little weight on it, but it's swollen and badly, badly bruised. I can't straighten it out all the way, either. So, no freaking bike, and no freaking squats until it heals. At least there are other forms of cardio, and I can do rowing on the total gym.
