Day 11: Starting with the FIRM

Good morning SPF! The cleanse is officially over! Now it is time to start my workouts. I decided to start with the FIRM 30min workout from their series the FIRM express. I changed my workout schedule a little. This series have sections of 8 sec burst of fast cardio segments to keep your metabolism going through out the day. I decided to add 20-30 min interval cardio in the evenings per my schedule.

Again thank you for the support on the cleanse! You guys are the best!!!
