Ok- I met all of my goal last week and I was rewarded with 1/2 lb down on the scale. That may not seem like a huge accomplishment to some but I am really happy with that. 1. It was not a gain!!! 2. I went back to lifting weights 3 x this week and worked out a lot so I probably have more muscle than I did a week ago. 3. I had a few rough days and I did NOT give up!!
I will not give up on this battle. I feel like I am in a battle and this is defining who I am. I want to be a healthy person. I want to figure this out.
Goals for this week-
Monday- strength and zumba
Friday strength and zumba
Sunday - off
I will schedule my mani pedi today as I earned that reward!
I am listening to my body and "only" doing 4 workouts this week because last week was a little rough with the dehydration. I am going out to dinner on Wednesday, breakfast on Thursday and Friday having friends over. So I have some challenges this week. I will review the menu for Wednesday and plan before I go- maybe even have a glass of wine. Thursday I will have an egg white omelet english muffin and count every point. Friday we will be crafting so we don't really need food to pick on so I will just eat a good dinner before everyone comes (or we will eat together- haven't planned that yet) and then just keep busy. I don't think I want wine at this point because I am going to an early zumba class on Saturday so my daughter and I can go shopping on after class.
The most important thing for the week is to plan what I am going to eat, track it all and stay within my points!
