Up before the alarm clock! YaY!

Guess this means I am sleeping better finally. I was up at 6 and tried to make myself go back to bed until my alarm went off at 630, but just laid there and thought about all the stuff I get to do in my day. Decided to get up and take advantage of feeling good and having a few extra minutes of quiet before the house fills up with day care kids and my teenage daughter.
I am excited that eating right and exercising every day is helping me get back to better sleep. I have missed it! I am staying positive even in the face of all the negativity that comes at me day to day and I think it is starting to rub off on the people around me.
