What is working for me on my spark journey to good health.
I made a committment to myself to make time for exercise. I make sure that I exercise for at least 60 minutes every day. I have purchased a few different cardio and ST DVDs to mix up my workout. I am incorporating ST in my workouts.
I am careful with what I put in my mouth. I have stopped mindlessly eating. I try to eat cleaner foods. I am incorporating more whole grains. I am eating smaller portions. I have learned that I enjoy fresh fruit, and I make sure to have a lot of it available. I have stopped snacking after 8 pm.
I am working on getting more sleep.
I see definite changes in my body and am seeing muscle definition.
I am a little over one pound from my official goal. I will need to start figuring out maintaining soon. I know that exercise will remain a big part of what I do.
