Spark Coach said to identify 2 of my largest stressors today

1. I love my work but it is also a source of stress. We have goals to achieve and when we don't get them, this causes stress. Being the manager, I need to stay positive with a can do attitude. This helps because I don't allow myself to get bummed for the most part but the underlying stress is still there.

2. The other is worry about my daughters and their future. On one hand, I can't help but worry about them and the choices they are making. On the other hand, I can not control the choices they make and need to remind myself that they are becoming adults and will choose thier own path.

2.95 miles today. 44.09 left
