Hi everyone, what a wonderful response from the last blog that I wrote.
In this I talked about not doing as much exercising as I was due to being so busy. Decided not to put it off any longer because of the family issues and just go when I can. I had planned for this to happen in March but I really do not know when these family issues will be solved.
So today I decided to get my butt into gear and start, I did 30 minutes in the yard, great for strength and cardio as it was hard work.
Then I went back to my exercise class this afternoon, we have a new instructor for a while until the other one comes back froma operation. This new instructor also teaches at the local gym and has many years of experience. Well I had my butt kicked.
So fast, contant moving, a lot more squats, etc, a lot more active than the other instructor. But I did enjoy it.
Perspired like a tap. So it must have been good for me. LOL.
Also I know I am going to feel it tomorrow. But I will be going back on Thursday.
Today there was a lot of strength and cardio completed and gee did it feel good. You bet it did.
So onwards towards reaching my goals.
