Hi everyone, what a wonderful response from the last blog that I wrote.

In this I talked about not doing as much exercising as I was due to being so busy. Decided not to put it off any longer because of the family issues and just go when I can. I had planned for this to happen in March but I really do not know when these family issues will be solved.

So today I decided to get my butt into gear and start, I did 30 minutes in the yard, great for strength and cardio as it was hard work.

Then I went back to my exercise class this afternoon, we have a new instructor for a while until the other one comes back froma operation. This new instructor also teaches at the local gym and has many years of experience. Well I had my butt kicked.

So fast, contant moving, a lot more squats, etc, a lot more active than the other instructor. But I did enjoy it.

Perspired like a tap. So it must have been good for me. LOL.

Also I know I am going to feel it tomorrow. But I will be going back on Thursday.

Today there was a lot of strength and cardio completed and gee did it feel good. You bet it did.

So onwards towards reaching my goals.

    You did a great job with the exercise class Wendy - good for you! Thanks so much for the lovely goodie - my holiday was over so quickly! It was lovely to have a change of scenery and I have been battling exhaustion and fatigue since so only managing to log onto Sparks every now and then.

    That is fantastic Wendy. You sound really
upbeat and positive. It always feels good after
exercise. Just go out and do it. You will reach
your goals pretty quick and you deserve to.

So glad you made the decision to get back to exercise.
You will feel so good (Sore but good lol! ).
