A decent day of exercise as far as a weekend day is concerned. Hopefully this week will be a better week then I've been having in the last few weeks. At least I don't have any plans for things to do that'll get in the way of exercise this week. Yesterday's burn below:

45 minutes calisthenics
6.85 miles walked

total burned: 637

Am beyond sick of people telling me to quit losing weight because I've lost enough weight and then they turn around and tell me to get some pants that actually fit me versus looking sloppy. UGH!! I tell them..."if only I could, but I've got to lose the gut first!" Then they, of course, are like "no you don't, you just have to try on different brands until one fits." And I tell them that I have and I'm wearing the brand that fits the best and I still look sloppy and explain to them that I'm trying to get into one size that fits me in all areas and at present the one's that fit me in the butt and legs...if I can manage to get them zipped and buttoned end up cutting off my circulation and breathing capabilities in my stomach. It amazes me how many people think I'm built like them when in fact I'm not. They say try such and such brand and I say already have...sloppy. Then they'll say well how about that brand and I add...again already have...sloppy. Some have even recommended the very brand that I had on and they were complaining about how sloppy I look.

I'm only 2/3 of the way there, and already people are like, "Don't lose any more weight." For these colleagues, especially if they haven't seen me in forever, I think they worry I am being unhealthy. What they don't see is the major butt kickings I give myself five to seven times a week, and they don't see the amount of food I eat. Don't let these folks get you down. Your plan looks great and fits you!
