My goals for the year...

1. Eat 7-10 servings of fruit and vegies. (I currently get about 5)
2. Do a Pilates workout 3 days per week
...learn how to do "pike on the ball"

3. Meditate 5 days per week
4. Continue walking with Jag 6-7 days a week.
5. Maintain my current weight.
6. Write in a journal 3 days per week.
7. Draw a picture a week.

8. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

1. Eat 7 pieces of freggies...100%...It's getting easier as long as I have veggies for lunch...
2. Do Pilates 3 days per week...100%...I did a session on Tuesday then on Saturday and Sunday...still need to work on spreading them out during the week.
3. Meditate 5 days per week...100%...Most of these sessions were during waiting time in the car.
4. Walk with Jag 6-7 days per week...100%...Weather has been cold but not too rainy.
5. Maintain current weight...Still doing OK.
6. Write in journal 3 days per week...100%...Procastinated on these. They would be more valuable if not done at the last minute.
7. Draw a picture a week...100%...This goal is now 6 pictures a week...Sometimes the pictures look really funny.
8. Drink at least 8 glasses of water...98%...Missed a glass that day I had the long meeting.
