While I did not achieve all of my goals this past week I am able to see more of my food triggers. I also know that I need to concentrate more on making sure what all goes in my mouth is healthy. One step I have taken is to start using the food planner on the site. I am finding it to be really helpful. Even when I think that I have blown my diet by eating too much I look up the calories and find a way to work it into my meal plan. I am definantly looking forward to the planning part of our challenge this week.
